Fresh Fitness Food’s Matcha Pancakes
Ingredients
50g egg
30g vanilla whey protein
5g baking powder
3g matcha green tea
15g ground gluten free oats
15g almond milk
15g kale
5g pure maple syrup
Method
1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed belnder
2. Heat a non stick pan and add a touch of coconut oil
3. Fry off three pancakes and serve with your favourite toppings!
